My Music
I have been curious about the relationship between music and our response to it ever since I was a child. I can play piano and guitar to a comfortable level, and I have also been classically trained as a singer, achieving my Grade 8 (ABRSM) at the age of 15 and my Grade 5 Theory (ABRSM) the year before. I have been producing for some years and have worked in Logic Pro X since 2019. I did a 7 week course at the Roundhouse (Camden) called OnTrack at the end of 2023 with a showcase at the end. I have gigged at many venues around London for my Where's Piers? project, including: The Bedford (Balham), The Good Mixer (Camden) and Katzpace (London Bridge). I have DJ'd since 2020 under the alias Protista performing at venues such as Brixton Jamm (London), Thirty3Hz (Guildford) and Summit (Val Thorens). My notable releases to date include Soundtrack to a Daydream [2023] (released under Dreamwader) and One (Pt.1) EP [2024] (released under Where's Piers?).
Soundtrack to a Daydream [2023]
This is an album of cinematic soundscapes, electronic exploration and experimental composition. Influences range from Classical, Ambient, Film and Electronic music. My debut album from the Dreamwader project.
One Pt. 1 EP [2024]
This is my debut EP as a singer-songwriter. Influences range from Indie, Folk, Grunge, Psychedelia and Trip-hop. This is Pt.1 from the forthcoming debut Where's Piers? album.
Chapel of Love [2025]
This is a bootleg remix of the 1964 hit by the Dixie Cups, which I produced for two of my close friends who are getting married this summer. This is primarily a fusion of the Trance, Bassline and Tech House subgenres of Dance music.
